Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of a session cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued, or the option to transfer the registration to a future session will be provided. Attendance & Punctuality: Participants are required to arrive or log in at least 10 minutes before the session begins to allow for check-in or technical setup. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session to avoid disruption. Health and Safety: Individuals with any medical conditions (such as cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, mental health disorders, or pregnancy) must consult with a healthcare professional before registering. All participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their participation during registration. Participants must adhere to safety instructions and guidelines provided by the session facilitator. Waiver & Release: By registering, participants agree to release the organizers, facilitators, and any affiliated parties from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the breathwork session. Participants are responsible for ensuring their physical and mental readiness for the session. By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
