I spent this past weekend fully immersed in community, energy, dancing, healing and celebrating. It was another powerful first degree reiki immersion that I assisted my momma in from Thurs-Sun. I skipped out of Friday night to gathering in community for our monthly new moon circle and feel into the rebirth of this new zodiac year. And amongst all of the energy work I got to celebrate an awesome couple dancing the night away at their bnd and then also celebrated a little baby boy about to join our family on Sunday. It was great! My cup is full!

I am leaving behind all of the intenseness of eclipse season fully alive and ready to take on this year.

One of the things I’m really good at is helping people ground and find stability. Times are wild right now and it’s only going to get wilder. More than ever, it’s essential to be able to center yourself and stabilize your own energy.

Everything you need is already inside you. The safety you crave? It has to be created within before you’ll find it outside. The alignment you’re searching for? It’s not a one and done, it’s a daily practice. You are the only one who can recenter your energy and keep yourself from spiraling. We need more people in today’s chaos taking responsibility for their own energy.

A lot of the people I work with are already attuned to energy. They’re aware of the energetic atmosphere, often identify as empaths, and can easily connect with others’ energy. They are incredible healers, helpers, and intuitives, but they also find themselves knocked off balance easily. Being so in tune with the energy around them can often feel overwhelming.

It’s easy for them to leave their bodies and shift into altered states (we call this a super power) but what doesn’t always come naturally is staying grounded and in their physical bodies. Many of my clients need support with their grounding practices and often forget where to focus their energy when they’re feeling too much. The natural ability to tune in takes over and it takes time to create new grounding habits. I can say those I’ve helped out in this department are rocking it, needing less and less reminders as time goes on. This is part of the journey of self-discovery.

If you are someone who has a hard time grounding, physical practices such as breath are a good starting point. 3 intentional deep breaths that focus on sending energy out of your feet and anchoring yourself to the ground is where I would start. Push yourself to implement this daily, even multiple times a day and see what changes for you. There are many ways we can stabilize our energy but breath is one of the simplest and freest tools that you have direct access too.

When it comes to energy and transformation, there are two main ways in which we experience energy. 1 - subtle energetics. 2 - somatic energetics.

Let’s break these down:
Subtle Energetics is the unseen, the in-between, the unspoken. It’s the way you sense what isn’t being said, the way you read a room, the way your intuition catches what the mind might miss. It’s a fluid energy. When you’re attuned to subtle energies, things feel more in sync, more clear and more aware. The layers that weave through the physical are where subtle energetics are noticed.

Somatic Energetics is the body as an energy field, the physical form as the vessel for change. Soma means body, and somatic energy work happens at the cellular level. Breathwork is somatic. Movement is somatic. It’s the practice of using the body to shift, release, and transform your emotional and energetic state. Somatic energy is felt on a physiological level.

At the Energetics Immersion, we work with both, the seen and unseen, the felt and the intuited. This is a space to deepen your subtle awareness while also moving energy through the body in a way that lasts.

When we think about nervous system regulation, it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking it means being calm and zen all the time. Terrance and chip sure fell for it! But let’s be real. Life isn’t like that, is it? Things get intense, emotions rise, challenges come at us fast, and if we try to stay in a constant state of calm, we’re missing the point. The goal isn’t to stay in zen 24/7, like a little Buddha baby, it’s to build resilience and expand our capacity so we can move through life with flexibility, not freeze up every time things get rocky.

This is where breathwork and nervous system practices come in. It’s not just about regulating, (though that is important) it’s about expanding our capacity to handle the intensity of life. It’s about learning how to flow with the energy that life throws our way instead of getting stuck in it.

Think of your body as a circuit, an electrical flow of energy. When we’re overwhelmed, stressed, or triggered, that energy can get stuck—creating tension in the body. Breathwork helps us clear the blockages, open up the flow, and expand our energetic capacity, so we can move with the chaos instead of getting engulfed in it.

This isn’t about pretending to be calm when you’re not or stuffing your emotions down. It’s about becoming flexible, like a warrior ninja, with range and depth. It’s about learning to hold space for whatever’s going on inside and outside of us, without letting it take us down.

We’re training our nervous system to not just handle the intensity of life, but to ride those waves. Instead of getting knocked out of our center every time a challenge arises, we learn to navigate it with ease, presence, and power.

Things you might notice if you’re aligned with my work:

Ps. My view of the world has been different my whole life, and I can guarantee you that my view of the world of energetics is different from any other teaching. I am weaving many layers and much experience into this offering.

On February 10th I had a lens implant procedure performed on my eyes by one of the best ophthalmologists in the world. This surgery gave me new artisan style lenses that would take place of the original lenses that were removed from my eyes when I was 3. A surgery that I was once told would never be possible for me.

This is by far the biggest most pivotal thing I have ever done in my life and I am so freaking grateful. What a gift, what a ride. I’ve cried a lot this last week.

I cried because my adult self knew how to move through the trauma of surgery, little me didn’t understand.

I cried during my first bath because I could read the soap bottle.

I cried in my bed because it was uncomfortable.

I cried because I was letting go of the thick lens glasses that had become so ingrained in my identity.

I cried because I was happy.

I cried because I grieved.

I cried because it was a lot and crying was the only thing I knew to help move all the emotions flowing through me.

I cry now as I write this.

What a freaking gift this life is. Innovation and technology have made so much possible that we could have never dreamed of.

I am so grateful. For the vision I navigated 35 years with, for the vision I have now. For my parents, my partner, my friends and my peers. For those I went to school with and worked with that never made me feel any different. For being told, that I could do anything, over and over again, even when the doctors disagreed.

People talk about higher vision all the time. I can’t think of any better way to initiate into the realest form of higher vision than this. And I cannot wait to do life through these new eyes!
